Best of all, you can mail it straight from the store, no trudging to the post office.

The United States Postal Service is not your grandmother's post office. In keeping up with the rest of the world, the United States Postal Service offers online services for your mailing needs. You can research anything from finding that pesky zip code to full service production. The United States Postal Service's NetPost Services allows you to create, print, and send resumes, newsletters, flyers and everything in between and you receive postage discounts with every mailing of any size. Many options are given as far as color, font, and images. However, unlike other sites, the United States Postal Service will accurately estimate your costs associated with mailing your items whether it be a brochure or a postcard. Nonprofit organizations are even included in the estimation with their own special rates.

If none of those options appeal to you, there are professional organizers and virtual assistants that can be hired on an hourly basis to help you with your business mailing needs. This avenue gives you undivided attention to make sure your mailing runs smoothly with one-on-one assistance. Hired on a contractual basis, once the organizer or assistant proves to be a success, you can always hire them again down the road for your next mailing. The ongoing work partnership can create a seamless mailing process. Professional organizers are often someone you can meet face to face whereas with virtual assistants, most communication is done via computer.
