Billboards
Today there are more and more ways to advertise outdoors. Billboards are the most popular form of outdoor advertising, and have been for quite some time. With a huge portion of the American population owning their own car and driving at some point in their day, advertisers have found that billboards are one of the best ways to get their message out to consumers.
There are several different types of billboards. Poster billboards use paper panels to display the image. These panels are then glued onto a billboard backdrop. Adhesive vinyl billboards use vinyl with an adhesive backing that sticks onto a sign or onto another billboard display. Painted billboards use a weather-resistant paint. Flex vinyl billboards are very popular, as the vinyl is simply hung from the edges of the signs.
