Best Times to Wash Hands with Soap

Consistent hand washing does stop the spread of germs. Having a soap dispenser in your bathroom or kitchen will remind you to wash your hands. You should wash your hands several times a day, and after any of the following events:

• Before eating or touching food.


• After using the bathroom.


• After blowing your nose or coughing.


• After touching pets or other animals.


• After playing outside.


• After visiting a sick relative or friend.

There is a wide variety of soap dispensers on the market today. Soap dispensers come in all shapes, sizes and even colors to match the décor in your home. Some soap dispensers can be attached to a surface and refilled with soap when they run out. These are commonly found attached to kitchen sinks, hanging from the shower or bathroom wall near the sink.

Refilling soap dispensers is easy and affordable. Stores sell refill kits that make it easy to always have plenty of soap on hand. You can even purchase small soap dispensers that resemble lotion dispensers. The small dispensers can be set near the sink and can either be thrown away when they are empty or refilled. These make it possible to have soap near your sink without having to have a dispenser attached to your wall.

Soap dispensers are also great for the shower. Soap dispensers can easily be attached to the shower wall and can be filled with more than just soap. Some soap dispensers have chambers for other products, including shampoo and conditioner. The soap dispensers are a great alternative to bars of soap that can be hard to hold on to while in the bath or shower.
